RPX AUTHORIZED SHIP CENTER

A.  RPX AUTHORIZED SHIP CENTER REQUIREMENTS

• Submit RPX Authorized Ship Center application form to RPX ASC team.

• Having legal entity which is Persekutuan Komanditer (CV) or Perseroan Terbatas (PT).

• Submit photocopy of the Company’s Establishment Act (Akte Pendirian Perusahaan) legalized by the Ministry of Justice, along with the alteration (if any).

• Submit photocopy of the Company’s Business Permit (SIUP).

• Submit photocopy of the Statement of the Company’s Tax Register Number (NPWP).

• Submit a letter stating that the Company is not competitor or under any joint venture with any other party having similiar business with RPX.

• Submit map of the location of counter.

• Agreed with terms & conditions and regulation by signing operational agreement. 

• Pay marketing fee amounted of Rp. 3.000.000,00 (three million rupiahs) for 3 (three) years agreement period.

• Pay a guarantee money amounted of Rp. 5.000.000,00 (five million rupiahs).

• Providing the standard of counter space is minimum 2 x 3 meters.

• The counter must be equipped with counter desk, table & chairs, air conditioner (AC), telephone & fax line, computer with internet access, measurement tape and weight scale with scaling capacity is minimum 15 (fifteen) kilograms.

• Providing minimum 1 (one) counter staff at the counter and he/she has passed on Package Acceptance training conducted by RPX Training Department.

• Responsible to install RPX Domestic & FedEx neon box and pay advertisement tax to it’s local authority.

• The location of counter must pass the survey and approved by RPX ASC team.

• The location of counter is not less than 1 (one) kilometer with other RPX ASC has already established.
