AutoPackage Handling Process  | Before you hand over your motorcycle to RPX, we will ensure that we document a complete inventory of your motorcycle prior to shipping using an inventory checklist form. We will also advise that you to remove any accessories that will add to the dimension of your motorcycle e.g. windshield, double side boxes, box monolock etc. |  | We will check the condition of your motorcycle’s wheels and chassis. |  | The condition of Muffler and forks will be checked and we recommend keeping the forks unlocked. |  | Fuel must be completely drained and the battery must be secured /protected to prevent any electrical short circuit. |  | Accessories such mirrors, lamps and other items that are fragile or prone to scratching will be wrapped with bubble wrap. |  | Motorcycle is ready for loading into the truck. |  | Prepare the manual deck for loading and unloading of your motorcycle into the truck. |  | To ensure the safety and care for your motorcycle, we have two staffs to handle the loading and unloading of the motorcycle, one on the truck and the other on the ground. |  | Once your motorcycle is in the truck, it is carefully placed onto a specially designed pallet and strapped. |  | The strapping covers both the front and rear of the motorcycle Our staffs conduct double check to ensure your motorcycle is completely secured to the pallet and properly strapped. |  | Bubble wraps are used on the motorcycle part which are tied to the pallet to prevent scratching. |  | When the bike is fully strapped, our staff will conduct one last check to ensure the bike is in up right position and all straps secured. |  | The manual deck is returned to it's housing (under the truck’s chassis box). |  | Your motorcycle is ready to be shipped. |
